It depends how you lost them. Losing a lover, move on. Losing someone by death, grieve and move on - think of the positives of you contact with them.

Age will usually take care of that. You will get over them, but you will never forget them. The hurt will fade and the good memories will remain. We have alll been there with you. Good luck and let us know how you are doing.

I'm in the same situation and it is the hardest most horrible thing on the planet. I dont mean to make you feel even worse but you cant do it. You have to give yourself time and a chance to, I dont know. Just do whatever you think because they is no set way.
