You can save music and pictures and text messages to a micro SD card, but the card can't actually add memory to your device. You can't save contacts to an SD card. Is the card working? What are you wanting to add to the card and how are you doing it? I am happy to try to assist you, I just need a little more information, if that's okay with you. Thanks! SukiSue

I have the same problem. The phone does not recognize the SD card. In Fun & Apps there is an option to format the memory card but I receive an error message when trying to do so. The option to save or copy pictures to the memory card is grayed out. I cannot seem to find a way to get the phone to recognize the card. It is a 4gb SD card - does that have anything to do with the issues I am having?

Just got off the phone with T-Mobile and found that if the card is MicroSD-HC IT WILL NOT RECOGNIZE IT. You have to have a card that is not HC. Would have actually been nice to have this info in the documentation somewhere. I went back to the place I bought the phone and the rep there did not know this either. Tomorrow is a 4 GB non HC card
