my father was in jail for a while and he told me of cases when that would happen, even in the nose as well. they HAD to go to the doctor seeing as when they tried to remove it it crawled in deeper in the ear and nose. dont try to remove it, dont mess with it at all, dont try and sneeze or tweeze it out, go to the doctors immediately.
