I don't have any experience but you should visit a doctor.

carpal tunnel syndrome? Symptoms usually start gradually, with frequent burning, tingling, or itching numbness in the palm of the hand and the fingers, especially the thumb and the index and middle fingers. The symptoms often first appear in one or both hands during the night, since many people sleep with flexed wrists. A person with carpal tunnel syndrome may wake up feeling the need to "shake out" the hand or wrist. As symptoms worsen, people might feel tingling during the day. http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/carpal_tunnel/detail_carpal_tunnel.htm#68973049

GET IT LOOKED AT. Anything that causes that sort of reaction needs to be addressed. It could be a circulation problem, which might cause the tingling...but the curling of the fingers could be something more serious. I don't know 100%, but it doesn't hurt to ask your doctor!

It sounds like a problem with your circulation. As everyone has said, you need to make an appointment with your doctor.

Why haven't you gone to the doctor yet? That's not exactly normal. It does sound like carpal tunnel syndrome, though. Typists, pianists and computer operators often experience this. Be careful.

A lot of people will talk to you about carpel tunnel. When I was in massage school they made us do a paper on thoracic outlet syndrome. Now that I've been out working on people for a few years, I see why they had us focus on T.O.S. First of all it is rarely talked about, I've never heard anyone outside of school mention it. And, it is very common symptom for hard bodies. How tight is your pec region and your neck region? You have to look at stress and strength training as possibly working against you. See my other post.
