I will when I die.

Yes, I have donated my organs for medical patients, and the rest of my body for medical research. I think my spleen and appendix are still available, if you need one or the other. I gave my password to my cat so she can continue to answer questions as my designated feline on AB. I trust that she will use common sense and courtesy. If you see a problem, be sure to notify the proper authorities. physssst rrrwwwrr Hand over your goddammed catnip or i'll blow your frucking heads off!!!!

I haven't, but my father did. It was very considerate of him.

Can't answer that question yet, and won't be able to answer it after I die, either. Sorry. However, my aunt did. Her daughter is a physician, and she donated her body to the university her daughter was associated with. If I die in a car accident, organs that are still good will be donated. I've completed the back of my driver's license regarding organ donation. That's not me anymore just what I used to look like, so I won't be needing what was in the "used to be me."
