Pill, simple, once a day.

The Nuva Ring! Once a month! It's so convenient and has the least side effects of anything I've ever tried! Took away my yeast infections too! Highly reccommend it. Plus, if you are worried about how to get it in and out, don't. You can easily use a tampon applicator to get it in, and you'll see why it's so easy to get out.

the pill. its simple pain free and doesnt have any lasting effects.

Tubal ligation. Didn't have much of a choice in the matter. I had to get one after my daughter was born for health reasons. Though this can be changed, I was informed not to have any more children, for fear that I or the child would die.

I love and adore my pills. I would take them even if I never had sex ever. They've virtually eliminated my period pain and I almost never get spots now. I do use condoms as well (mainly for STD avoidance) but the Pill rules. everyone should take it. Except men, maybe.

Tubal ligation worked for me. When I was younger I used the pill, but had to keep trying different kinds to deal with break-through bleeding. Then I used an IUD but my periods got very heavy - it was effective , though. If I were needing contraception today, I might go for the patch or the injections, which were not available when I needed a temporary method.
