Sure. Sometimes the new questions are just not very interesting.

Yes. I think they put them there because they are more interesting than others.

It's part of my routine, the first part. Then I look at new questions/ answers. Then I look at new unanswered questions. Then I start rooting around for Baggers I respect. And that would be it. I do that every quarter hour ever hour I'm awake. (Just kidding...SORTA.)

Absolutely! Sometimes a really interesting one will come up when you least expect it.

yes whenever i find an interesting question which i can answer. i think the shuffle window has questions in there that the staff have chosen to be good/interesting questions
