Looking at the definition of accident then yes.
-
No, it goes to the question of "intent" under the law!
-
If something unintended occurs and it was truly an accident I would call it a tragedy and not wrong doing. But if someone gets drunk, gets behind the wheel, and kills someone..that was not an accident. Even though it was not the intention of the person, it could have been avoided because everyone knows that you never drink and drive..so when you choose to do that, you are absolutely guilty of the consquences of that choice as if it were your intention. :)

Why sure !! If it was a real accident !!!
-
Well sometimes there are legit accidents. But things like cheating, no, that's not an accident. Thats a choice.
-
That depends. Sometimes "It was a mistake" is a better word choice. I don't usually get upset over accidents (like earlier today when my boyfriend accidentally dropped his open burrito all over my lap =), but when you make a choice to do something wrong, it's a different story.

I say no however my daughter say's yes that it is acceptable(-:
-
if it was a 'genuine' accident, I guess theres not much you can do about it either way...........
-
No. Accidents may be reasons for doing wrong...but never excuses!
-
It's acceptable for every day things, unless you use it all the time. But legally, chances are it isn't a valid excuse for any wrong doing.
