How do you remove the license from Mathematica 7, making it ask you for a new License ID/password/etc? I am not using a license server.

Never mind -- I figured it out myself! In case you're wondering: delete the file "mathpass" in C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication Data...self explanatory from there, can't remember exact path
