wow! great question!!! given that president-elect obama raised about $1 billion, given the importance of the senate seat for each party so the democrats can or can't filibuster, i'd say, $100 million. at least, that's how much the parties might spend to capture that vacated seat. personally, i'd bid up to $1.18.
