Question from a non-American: from a U.S. perspective, did George Bush Jnr actually do ANYTHING laudable? It's a real question, because the world press certainly hardly ever reported anything remotely positive.

Also non-American: he rallied the country really well after the 9/11 attacks and he got Saddam Hussain killed.

He performed decently immediately after 9/11 (once he came out of his daze). Other than that. . .no. Unless you call polarizing this country and pissing off half the world laudable.
