you need to login to rediff or yahoo. Both have this service.

the question is a little vague but I'll try to answer. there is a email address associated to your phone number/carrier and eventually you can send text content to that email address and have it received in your phone as a SMS message. your email address should be displayed on your bill (at least mine is) hope it helped.
