Loads of them already did, but I don't think it makes that much difference, TV shows would use the actual president (footage e.g. Contact) if they were trying to make it the same as the real world

Good point. Probably writers and producers will increase the involvement of fictional black charcters in politics and as presidential figures. Although it hasn't been the majority of cases, there have been some African American presidents already portrayed in movies or TV shows, for example. James Earl Jones in "The Man" Dennis Haysbert and D.B. Woodside in "24" Tommy Lister in "The Fifth element" Morgan Freeman in "Deep impact". Chris Rock in "Head of state" It can be argued that only the first two are portrayed in a "realistic" environment, though. It's already done and been done before. Wouldn't be new or fresh honestly.

Been there, done that. 24 did a good job of having a black president

"24" is the most progressive show on TV. Dennis Haysbert was the President for a few seasons and now the "24" world has a female president. I'll flip the question back on you. Do you think TV shows over the last 4 years had women presidents in order to make us feel better about having Hillary as president? I can't think of another good reason for that sad, pathetic Gena Davis show other than that.
