My wife and I iron our clothes when we’re going to Church or the temple, but other than that, not really. On the other hand, you’ve got people like my mother, who probably irons everything. I’ve never had a professional position that required me to dress up, but Mom told me that I should still iron my jeans, every day, to make sure I looked nice! (And no, I didn’t follow her instructions.) ^_^
