  • think of the good things and people in my life
  • I don't. I just put it in the back of my mind.
  • With medication.
  • listen to some good positive music
  • Personally, I take Cymbalta every morning for my depression...it's not a bad thing.
  • GO SEE A PSYCHIATRIST AND STAY AWAY FROM OTHER CRAZY PEOPLE WHO ARE ALSO SUICIDAL. THEY CAN GET YOU THINKING TOO NEGATIVELY. HANG AROUND POSITIVE PEOPLE, WITH HEALTHY THOUGHTS. ALSO, GO TO CHURCH, AND FIND A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD SOMEHOW. CHRISTIANITY OF ANY KIND HELPS. IF YOU ARE SUICIDAL, GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM IMMEDIATELY AND/OR CONTACT YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR OR A TRUSTED FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND. AND AS SOMEONE SAID, TAKE MEDICINE IF YOU HAVE TO.
  • When you have those thoughts, it is very difficult to get out of them and seek help. However, I urge you to seek help right away. Call a suicide support line in your city or town (every urban centre has one), and talk to someone. Tell him/her everything that is on your mind and bothering you, and why you want to take your life. You need to talk it out and not let your feelings fester within you. Indiana, things always change. Life is all change. What you feel today, your circumstances, your life, etc. will eventually change. It's very hard to believe that, but it's true. You may feel like you hit rock bottom, but look at it this way----there is no other way but UP, and you can only get better from this point on. Get help. If your depression is biological, there are drugs to help you. They do wonders. But you need to take that step. Please do.
  • You talk! To anyone you can get to listen. Indiana....Do you see a therapist or counselor? It is so important not to keep what you are feeling inside. It just makes it worse. Colt who answered before is an ASS!!! Plain and simple. PLEASE don't do this???? There is always Something good to live for. Please believe me.
  • go to the shrink and get some pills
  • yes, go to a qualified doctor, MD. Also, writing a journal everyday about your deepest feelings, fears, anxieties, griefs, can help. And talk out your problems with friends, like that guy said. Go to an emergency room if you are feeling suicidal, or call 911 immediately and tell your wife.
  • TRY TO FIND ONE OF THE BEST PSYCHIATRISTS AROUND. GET A DIAGNOSIS.. ARE YOU BIPOLAR? OR JUST PLAIN DEPRESSED. SEE IF A PSYCHIATRIST CAN DIAGNOSE YOU, OR AS THE OTHERS SAID, GO FOR THERAPY.
