  • I always invite my friends who has the same taste with me to have lunch or dinner at my place, or in small restaurant. The food doesn't have to be fancy, they just have to be nutricious though.
  • I don't know if you are willing to take vitamin pills, but a B-Complex vitamin should help both symptoms.
  • Some of my friend create snacks. Mainly fruits and vegies like carrot sticks and so on. They feel it really keeps the energy going and because it's already for them they tend to eat it easier.
