physical, I can endure that as I have been shot 6 times.

Physical!! i get psychological torture all the time!.. wife, kids etc!.. I'm kinda used to it!

Both are bad. If had to choose the lesser of 2 evils I would pick pyschological. The reason being only because I am kind of a wuss when it comes to physical pain.

Psychological, I'm confident my mind can come back from any abuse but my body can be maimed or crippled.

physical i trained myself to not feel any pain. i can only feel pain when i cut myself, and even this almost dont hurt

Psychological torture. I experience this type of pain every day when I think about all the animals being totally unnecessarily tortured and slaughtered for human consumption. Every time I see nicely presented pieces of someone’s leg, rib or butt in the newspaper or TV, I feel sick and want to vomit. Not to mention the mental images of screaming animals at any given time. But what is the worst torture of all is that most people (still in 2008) think it's alright to let this happen… :-(

Neither. But, physical just kills you. Psych kills your soul.

I would choose physical. The wounds would eventually heal and all you would have left is scars but psychological torture --you will live with that daily until you die. Ask anyone who has been verbally/emotionally abused and they will tell you that they would rather have been physically hit than verbally abused. Great question
