Its strange nut so cliche how we all like to eat junk food when we are depressed lol. I also like to eat ice cream and candy when I am depressed, sometimes some fruit.

That happens to me all the time... I get so stressed that I dont eat and dont want to eat and it makes me feel even worse, this goes on for days sometimes :(( I eat a Special K bar or some kind of power bar. They aren't much food (as you dont really feel like eating anything in the first place) but they contain vitamins that your body needs and isnt getting at that time.

Something warming, soothing and simple... Like a nice hot bowl of farina or oatmeal with butter and a little sugar for an instant mood boost.

I went through a time where all I could eat was soup...esp chicken noodle.. due to being overly depressed

Something little and light. When I'm that depressed, I can't eat anything heavy or sweet, but forcing myself to eat some vegetables or drink a little tea is manageable.
