  • If you have to void that frequently, I would suggest a visit to the doctor. Does it burn or tingle when you void? Does it feel like you are not emptying your bladder each time you void? I could ask a lot of questions but to be honest.. see your doctor as such frequency is not normal. It could be a urinary tract infection.. overactive bladder.. are you taking something with a natural diuretic?.. like I said the questions could go on and on. Some symptoms mimick other infections/problems. It is best to see your doctor and rule anything serious out. It is most likely something minor but always be safe than sorry with your health.
  • For the health of your bladder, you need to put out about one to two liters of urine a day," says Margaret M. Baumann, M.D., associate chief of staff for geriatrics and extended care at the Veterans Administration West Side Medical Center in Chicago. (Two liters is the amount in a family-size bottle of soda.) If you don't excrete that much, your urine will be too concentrated with wastes, she says. That can harm the lining of the bladder, leading to the formation of kidney stones or causing the bladder to contract even when it's not full. Some prescription drugs—like diuretics for high blood pressure—can cause you to produce more urine than normal. And the one disease that can cause increased urinary output is undetected or poorly managed diabetes. this is off a web site there are a number of reasons for urinating frequently, it would probably be best to see your doctor so he can rule out some of the things that could be wrong
