Possibly my dad. I've never seen him try to quit but I barely see him smoke.

My circle of associates consists of people who never smoked or who quit. With the health risks associated with smoking, I believe most have tried at least once. There are probably those that like the habit and don't wish to discontinue it. I don't think I know any of them.

yeah, i have seen my uncle too, he has been smoking since 15 years, one pack a day, he never tried to quit, looks like he never had a thought of quitting!

My great grandmother on my mum's side never tried to quit, she was alive abd smoking till the day she died at 101.

yes. my mom. she never trys to stop smoking but she knows it hurts me and puts me in the hospital. it is apsalutly no good for my asthma. if you are trying to quit for a loved one i think you should do it no matter how hard it is for you.

My husband and three adult sons all smoke and have never tried to quit. I don't smoke and never have, and feel quite smug about it!
