  • I Used to take quite a few vitamins and yes I knew exactly what I was talking, why and how much as I had researched it carefully for what I was trying to achieve. Lately I don't take them as I've found a few herbs do me better than separate nutrients.

  • I take a Centrum daily. There was an independent study done on several vitamins, and that one ranked as the one that is absorbed the best. They said, the way to tell, is drop one in a glass of vinegar, and agitate it. If it dissolves in a half hour or less, it will dissolve in your system.

  • I take a B complex and supplemental B-12 as well. I do this because, due to diabetes, I take a medication called glucophage. Glucophage is a B-12 antagonist. I take the complex as well because the B vitamins work best synergistically.
  • Yes I probably take to many but they all have a purpose and I feel better....Most are to help with what I can't get from food cause I don't want to eat all day long and to help after working out. Also working nights seems to play on a person as I never seem to see alot of the sun especially during winter working in side all day. Biggest thing I have found when choseing a vitamin though is to pick a good brand and look at what is actually in it and make sure it is good not just filler material.
