Do you buy your mugs and any type of glasses in sets or individually? Why?

In sets. I can't stand miss-matched stuff.

I buy them in sets. the only thing I buy individually are coffee mugs as I collect them.

Typically buy glasses in sets because that's how they come. I have some great glasses, too. Mugs I prefer individually because I'm funny about what Mug I'll drink from, and I tend to have a favorite or two. It's more important that the mugs are unique!

i buy them as i need them, if i drop and break one i replace it.:)
