  • Is it doing this all the time, or just when the road is wet or slick? The only thing I can think of that is left is the ABS. Either you are interpreting normal function (pulsing when braking hard or when braking on a slick surface) as abnormal, or it is pulsing when it shouldn't be. How hard do you tend to brake? Do you tailgate and hit the brakes constantly? Do you race up to a light and lock it up to stop? Or do you watch the traffic ahead and take your foot off the gas, hoping to avoid braking altogether? If you are constantly hitting the brakes hard, it could be it is triggering the ABS on what should be a routine stop, if you braked earlier and gentler.
  • Check the runout on the brake disks. Rust makes the disks not run true and must be removed. Cheers
