  • i would say that eating egg white is better than egg yolk, as you cut away the saturated and trans fat and keep all the good stuff. personally i would add egg whites to a protein drink if you have a blender for a boost rather than drinking them straight.
  • I tried raw eggs (with other liquids) as a fad diet. It only worked for a while, so I don't recommend or describe it. Anyhow, if you want to do it, raw eggs are about the most nutrient-dense food there is, and if you beat it with milk and a sweetener it makes egg nog, which tastes better than any liquid I know of. But I just chug-a-lugged them one at a time. The downside is that most people want a certain amount of solid food in a day, so cooking them into something solid will be much more filling. But the advantage is that almost every way that cooked eggs are consumed requires fat, usually saturated fat, and that's not good for you and has LOTS of calories.
  • As you see the comparison of raw and cooked egg, they are almost same: http://www.bitelog.com/mega-food-search.htm?q=egg&action=Search&p=100&f0=1123&u0=5&qua0=1&f1=1129&u1=3&qua1=1 But there is avidin in the egg white and it destroys the vitamin called "biotin." Cooking the egg deactivates the avidin so it is better to eat the eggs cooked rather than raw.
