NO You can put lines or points ON planes but you cannot create them from planes. or vice versa.

The intersection of two lines (i.e. the place where two lines cross) is a point. That doesn't create the point, but it does determine one. Likewise, the intersection of two planes is a line.

The intersection of two planes is a point. The intersection of three planes is a point. There are 3 planes at the top of my head.
