We had it when I was in school too...in Arkansas. I know what all goes in it. It's very simple and I just make mine to taste instead of measured ingredients. All that goes in it is rice, ground beef and cream of mushroom soup. Hope this helps! I love this stuff with some corn bread...Yum!
