If he pulls out "her" underwear from a drawer and says he needs to sniff it or he can't enjoy sex with you, it's definitely a bad sign.

Constantly talking about them. Pictures still out in plain view (excluding ones with children in them). Comparisons between you and the ex. And what Kornflapper said. ;)
