  • Yes, you could be developing an eating disorder like anorexia. There's normal dieting to lose weight and then there's anorexia which really is a mental/emotional issue and you will need professional help. You probably have control issues. Let me tell you something right now, my sister-in-law used to be anorexic in her teens. She is now in her fifties and still has food issues (but not anything like when she looked like a holocaust victim). Anyway, she now is losing all her teeth. Anorexia ruined the dentin on her teeth. So for years she has had nasty brownish teeth because everything stains them (even brushing after every time she eats). Now they are falling out. Another thing for her to not be happy about...anorexia has lifetime consequences. Don't play around with it.
  • Hey Saruhh, Yes you are, because you should be eating five small meals a day. One way to harm your body is by unhealthy dieting. It is not good to hate eating. Find foods you enjoy and like that are good for you so you feel good when you eat them. One way not to worry about what you eat is to exercise - but you cannot exercise without eating. Another way to learn better about what to eat is Weight Watchers. They have a whole "points" system to help you track calories in a healthy way to help you reach your goal weight. Please be careful :)
  • Sounds like to me that you already have a eating disorder and I recommend you go see a doctor immediately. They can provide needed guidance on how to lose weight safely...but it doesn't sound like you need to lose weight. What are your measurements? Why do you want to lose the 20 pounds anyway?
  • No. You already have one.
  • If you are really only eating 200 calories in 2 days, you don't have to worry about your weigh cause you will dead in a matter of days. A person cannot live on that. Even diabetic overweight patients are on 1000 or more. Are you sure on that count? Either way, you already have an eating problem and I think you know that.
