There is sufficient evidence of ESP phenomenon. Could anyone suggest a scientific explanation?

Where is this "sufficient evidence?" I have not seen any.

I'll submit an answer to my own question: Suppose your subconcious mind (SM) exists in a zero dimension (ZD) where time assumes a different concept than elapsing time as in a 3D universe; that being- all time from beginning to end becomes the present- and the reality of a 3D universe becomes imaginary. Quantum mechanics becomes the norm i.e.- Mr Schrodinger's cat can be dead and alive at the same time,etc. Anyway, in this state your SM extends to all and any points in space and time and may focus on any particular points that relate to you and transmit visions or feelings to your conciousness. Your SM may be the time travel machine that some people are seeking. This is the eternal repository of the SM; your soul. This is only a possible explanation for clairvoyant type ESP. There are other varieties of paranormal abilities such as a person able to "hack into" others' minds (en masse) in order to manipulate and control them: charisma.
