Yes, mine is unbelievable so she gets no less than 20% from me. The standard should be between 15 to 18%

I bribe her with sushi, which usually ends up being around $25. But she doesn't charge me for anything, so it's really a steal of a deal.

Of course I do... If I want a decent cut next time. I usually tip the standard 15% and the shampoo girl a few dollars.

If I go to a place like a Super Cuts then yes I tip, because they usually make an hourly wage and do not set their own prices. If I am going to my stylist who rents a booth and sets his own prices no, because they set their own price. If you want me to pay $25.00 more charge me $25.00 more.

It depends , usually i dont , but if she does somthing like the other week i was told my appointment was on thursday but it was actually on the wed so i missed it, but she squeezed me in so i gave her a tip that day, but i think if you are getting your hair trimmed every 6 weeks its a bit much to tip every time :)
