My dog knows a lot of words. I can't count them all.

However, here are a few of the words he knows:

    Kiss
    Sit
    Lie Down
    Out
    Potty for the night
    Goodie
    Treat
    Beg
    Bow
    Circle
    Hug
    Cuddle

(I'm sick, so it's even difficult for me to think of everything right now.)

Bull wears a COAT of many colours

I don't have one right now but I trained war dogs in the Army. That dog was smarter than some of the guys in my unit.
I lost my lab about a year ago. She was really smart. I would say she understood about 20 words.

From what I can tell, she knows sit, lay down, no, come, Onyx (her name)and 2 phrases. The first one is "watch out for the babies Onxy" because she had a bad habit of ploughing over the kids whenever she got excited. It works. If we say that she simmers down now. We also taught her "get in the back" (meaning of the car)so she rides in the back of the jeep instead of trampeling all of us. She is a bit of an ox I guess.

The old one understands car, out, paw, the other paw, no, bad, come, daddy, her name, speak, poop, pee, sit, down, food, dinner. There are a few others. My puppy is an idiot however. She only understands, "Come here, I'm going to kill you", and then she just runs.
