Being antisocial does not mean one lacks social skills or is averse to social contact. That is "asocial" or "unsociable." An antisocial person is one who is sociopathic, having no moral compass and often a preference for high risk behavior. Sociopathy implies an absence of empathy which leads to a capacity for cruelty and destructiveness. The stresses we experience from a guilty conscience are absent in the antisocial, who can come across as quite attractive and feel rather comfortable with themselves. (Problems are blamed on others.) This ease is sometimes misinterpreted as the graceful confidence that comes from wisdom and a balanced way of being. Their followers eventually discover the dangers of associating with such people but sometimes not till the Kool-Aid is kicking in.

well. depends. People with anti social personality disorder, which have no regard for human feelings, are generally at the top of their class, leaders, and they are charming. People with this disorder like positions of power, because then they can effectively toy with the emotions of many people at a time. as for the general definition of anti-social... Not really. but anythings possible.
