Birth control: does anyone know of a BC pill that doesn't cause wieght gain or acne?

Yaz is supposed to clear up acne! And i didn't have any weight gain!

according to research, there is no evidence that bc causes weight gain. i was weighed when i started them and i was weighed a week ago again...same weight. acne...i haven't noticed a difference. i believe on mine they said it's suppose to help with acne.
