You have to go to an attorney in FL and file a petition for divorce in the county in which you reside. Any divorce attorney can assist you in this manner. I've seen some in the back of the New times that will do it for like $695. In this circumstance, it will more than likely be an uncontested divorce. But your husband whom you are divorcing will need to be served papers. Imagine his wive's surprise when a process server serves him papers at the place where he resides. Payback is a bitch isnt it?)

Well for starters if you and your husband never divorced, then his new marriage is invaild and thus illegal. He can go to jail for bigamy and then you can get a easy divorce on the grounds of his adultery. I am sure you can get divorced through Florida but if you want to return to Virginia, that would be possible. But seeing as Virginia is more conservative, the divorce process may take longer.
