No, but I had a 12 hour layover in Italy before catching a flight to Sardinia where my ship (Navy) was home ported.

years ago my husband and i were snowed in at Denver's airport because of a quasi-blizzard. no planes could take off, but they had to let planes land and disgorge their passengers. first we were several hundred stranded, then several thousand!! people were everywhere, on the floors, etc the bathrooms were all out of paper products and we were flying with a 3 yr old and a 4 month old. the diapers soon ran out (and this was before they had dispensers in restrooms for more) and formula had to be watered down to prolong the bottles. it was VERY uncomfortable!!

Yeah when I was about 11. Me and my parents were in Spain, we had a night flight back to the UK but the airport didnt cater for night flights as it had no lights. It made us laugh at first that when they booked us on this flight they didnt realise! We had a 6 hour delay until the early hours, then a coach ride to another airport which lasted 2 more hours to be told when we got there that there was no room on any flight for us. We had a further 4 hour delay then they finally found us a massive BA flight so I got to spread out over 3 leather seats and go to sleep.

Yes, I have and you don't need to remind me about it. I still have nightmares over it
