Your best bet is to go to the doctor. they can swab the area and send it to the lab for testing (similar to a pap smear. that's the easiest way, and by far the safest.The following link has some pics: http://www.aafp.org/afp/20021001/1269.html Because vulvar cancer and HPV viral changes are so closely related chances are you wouldn't be able to tell between severe viral related changes and full blown cancer just by looking at them.
