  • You can be tried as an adult pretty much at any time. However, you typically don't see it done to individuals under the age of 14. It's the court's decision.
  • Umm. Age doesnt matter in traffic court.
  • Pay the ticket or go to court and explain to the judge why you shouldn't have to pay the ticket. Then, pay the ticket. (Perhaps the fine will be reduced.)
  • Just pay the ticket..you can argue that little detail in court and probably annoy the judge into giving you a higher fine..but why? :)
  • Go to court and simply show your ID/birth certificate. Not sure if that will affect your ticket though. If you are a licensed driver you are subject to all the rules of road no matter if you are under 18 or not.
  • Traffic laws are largely unaffected by age.
