Never mix business and pleasure. It is difficult to keep a professional tone with friends. Money matters are complicated and awkward enough. The issue of biases, favoritism, and preferential treatment.

Because ur friend close to u he knows ur INs and OUTs well. so he/she is danger 4 u bcuz any time he betrayed wid u and u never no bcuz u think he/she is my friend

Decisions always bordering on the personal. Arguments may get real down to personal. And if you end up not resolving anything, you fold up the business and lose dear friends. More especially if the situation involves discussions of where did the money go? the ballooning expenses? and the like. Hard situation.

They ask for unnecessary discounts and expect a lot from you. In case of complaint they expect you to replace without questioning.It is not good economic sense to do business with friends and relations!
