It is the day that I stay in my small town and decorate my business for Christmas. I avoid the city at all costs.

It is the biggest shopping day of the year. Retailers call it "Black Friday" because it is one day they are usually "in the black", as in making a profit. Since I work a part-time retail job, I'm really hoping it means that I actually have a chance to make some bonus money today, but I'm not counting on it this year.
