Yes it is, but I'm not sure whether you actually have much control over it. I find it incredibly sexy when a guy makes eye-contact across a crowded room, particular if its a really deep, intense stare. You could also try looking at a girl and raising your eyebrows at her as if to say "Well? How about it?" (Although I guess that's not strictly *just* looking). Yes it is, its happened to me, not often but it has happened. He just had a look on his face, it was "real", a down to earth gaze. I looked at him and I thought to myself he wouldn't keep a secret, he wants to tell me everything. Another kind of look is more animalistic (slightly less affective), its when a guy looks at you and you can tell that he really wants to lay down.
