I used oragel on mine, topical anaesthetic.

The under the tongue tablets are real good to.
-
Clove oil really works...
-
Give the child crackers,or some baby orajel
-
Humphreys teething tablets are the bomb, or tylenol. Good Luck!!
-
We use baby Tylenol..
-
Those plastic teething rings with the gel inside that you can put in the freezer are pretty good, too.

My 11 month old son has just popped his 2 yr old molars (almost has a full set of teeth now..lol) and the best reliever I found was rubbing baby panadol directly on the area rather than as an oral dose...simply measure the dose and rub on the area and administer the rest orally. By doing this the panadol is directed to the site of the pain. Also cold melon to eat is also great as an unmedicated alternative.

Lots of one on one, keep him/her busy, have never used anything for teething, just love and attention works wonders.
-
teething gels, cold ice blocks, meds auch as panadol, tyelenol, ibprofen etc.
-
In Australia, we use Panadol (Children's) and Bonjela gel.
-
A little teething jell and lots of cuddles and reassurance that it will pass.
-
I just read about a study where they tested the pain relieving powers of tylenol versus ibuprofen. Ibuprofen was the clear winner, as it was able to bring the pain down considerably more and keep it down for a longer period.
-
I used to wet a corner of a washcloth and freeze it, then let my daughter chew on it.
-
Keep them busy, give them lots of attention, medicine is good around bedtime though
-
I used to get these tiny little pill like things for teething from the health food store. They worked great. I don't remember the name but if you ask the people at the health food store they will know what it is.
-
Use pain relief but also give the child something hard to chew on to help the teeth come through quicker.
-
never give a kid unnecessary medicine like ibruprofen. I don't remember what they're called, but they're in a little blue box usually sold with other baby supplies. CVS or The Vitamin Shoppe would be a good place to look. They are natural and homeopathic and not dangerous. They are the only thing that worked for my daughter.
-
baby orajel
-
I do shots of scotch until the crying stops annoying me. It really works rather well.
-

teething tablets!! i'd swear by them, they dissolve in your childs mouth, have no actual medication in them and they work like a charm!
-
I've used Hyland's teething tablets with all three of my kids. They are homeopathic, dissolve easily in babies mouth and they taste sweet. The colic tablets work wonders as well, I still give my 5 yr old a few if she has an upset tummy.
-
Clove oil and Frozen strawberries! :D
-
My kids threw up numbing meds, so got these teething tablets at Wal-Mart in the pharmacy section they are around $5.00 and they are awesome. They are Homeopathic and they work miracles on my kids.
