No, but they have proven they can flap their mouth faster than you. An argument gets pretty funny when someone starts talking like a person with a jaw that can't stop flapping.

No, in fact I often see that the person that keeps on talking is the biggest loser, especially if they feel like they've taken the last barb. They just don't understand when their 'target' has left the building LOL!!!

Right and wrong is not decided by the last word, the loudest words, the biggest gun, ect, ect; nor even convincing another of your viewpoint. An arguement is over when at least one {if two is involved} ceases to continue - which does not mean a thing has been resolved.
