I would not eat. According to medical Journal, during menstrual, female body discharged a lot of impurities from within. Therefore, it is not adviceable to eat or have sex during period. Possiblities of having down-syndrom child is also great if you accidentally cum inside of your s/o.

The smell is often pretty rank during a period. It's wonderful at other times. So maybe nature is trying to tell us guys something. Then there is the Judeo-Christian prohibition against imbibing in blood. Play that off against your vampire fantasies.
