YES! At the bottom of every page is a link "Feedback". If you click on that you can send a message to the AB staff asking for something to be removed. I've contacted them a couple of times and they do listen. I was very impressed with them.

Nope... And they really shouldn't be. AB is designed to collect a huge database of searchable questions and answers, so people can find answers to their questions, simply by using Google, or other search engines. Deleting asked questions and answers is counter to the purpose. OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS; LICENSE RIGHTS; USER SUBMISSIONS a. Ownership of Your Content.
