Thats quite difficult to answer as there isn't really a "typical speed" so we'll take IBM's Roadrunner as the example. The speed is 1.105 PFLOPS and it cost 133,000,000 USD.

There is a super computer list, which can be found on google or any search engine. They list the computers by Teraflops and cost. The one in mexico, built in 2006 was 160 million. I don't remember the aprox. speed but it was number two on the list. Check out the online super computer history , museum. http://www.computerhistory.org
