I get that too. And when I'm nervous. I don't know what causes it though...it's just skin being weird.

I would guess you are talking about heat rash that strees can cause.

You must just have a very sensitive body that responds to your physiological experiences very intensely!

Is it an actual itchy rash or do you just break out into blotchiness? The blotches are blood rushing to the area. It's often a reaction to stress.

It could be some kind of eczema. When you cry your body temp usually rises a bit, which could cause/irritate the rash.

Your chest is allergic to crying.

i do that too and I have heard that it has something to do with the lack of oxygen since our breathing changes when we cry.

You have a sensitive body, yeah that could be it.

Maybe you have hives that are tiggered by stress, such as when you are crying. If you get these rashes when you are stressed or anxious, that might also point to hives.
