regular exercise and eating what you want but in moderation. women 2000 calories a day men 2500 calories a day to lose weight you probably need to go below these guidelines,diets rarely work so when i want to lose weight i eat what i want but stick to my calorie allowance and it works for me

The ONLY way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. Whether or not it's easy is just your perception of doing that. Some helpful suggestions on making it easier would be to try to find low-calorie/high nutrition foods that you enjoy eating and to avoid places where you are likely to eat empty calories (high fat/calorie foods with little or no nutritional value.) Don't eat until you are stuffed, only until you aren't hungry anymore. Cut down on snacking out of boredom. Also, try to find activities that you can do during times when you normally might just sit and "veg out," no matter how small they might be. For example, walking on a treadmill / walking in place while you watch TV or parking in a far-away spot instead of driving around for 20 minutes trying to find one that is close to the door. The key to losing weight is going to be getting yourself in a healthy mindset. The better you eat and the more active you become you will start feel more healthy, and the weight will come off naturally (to a certain degree.)

I'd say pilates (which is what I do) but it's not easy... In fact it hurts like hell... so I'm not sure.. Don't eat for a week?

Fastest and easiest? Speed. You didn't say safest and legal. Safest and legal? I would recommend running and calorie counting. Lots and lots of running though. Or maybe find an extreamly active sport like soccer or something to get involved in.

People dont believe that weight loss is easy but it really is: First, I cant stress this enough. Control your portions!! You can eat anything you want ANYTHING!! I swear! As long as you dont have more than one serving size. 2nd, exersise 3-4 times a week. I prefer cardio/dancing for 25 minutes 4x a week. Easy and FUN too! No need to go to a gym but they help also if you tend to need to be around ppl. 3rd, give up soda! Juice is OK in moderation, again serving size. Best to go with water most of the time! 4th, DONT starve yourself. Your body goes into a certain "shock" when it doesnt have the food it needs to function. So the next time you eat "normally" your body thinks "ok, we need to store this all as fat because we dont know when the next meal is coming". ' 5th, get proper sleep each night and take a multivitamin every day too! I lose 10-20 lbs a month just eating right and exersising this way. Its so cliche... but thats because it actually WORKS! lol
