Yes. It's called Live QnA. I stopped in to ask a question I felt I worded poorly on here. Got eight answers, and answered a couple political questions while there. When I checked back a week and some later to see which answer got best answer it, and all of my answers for the last four months, had been deleted. Absurdly strict rules that are enforced randomly by other users destroys a site like this. I clearly made a few enemies out of the moderators (hand picked users) over there pointing out their inconsistencies and hypocrisy.
