I've had a hard time finding one that had a decent plot, but... Sukisho/ Sukisyo has good characters and interesting ending. under no circumstances should you ever watch Gakuen Heaven. EVER. no matter how pretty the characters may seem, do not be fooled!! my fave yaoi so far is the manga Loveless, and the not-quite-yaoi manga Vassalord.
