because its usually the most beautiful shoes that are the most uncomfortable to wear and we just want them soooooo much that we will put up with sore feet .:)

They're not uncomfortable, at least to me. I much prefer heels to boring and uncomfortable clunky men's shoes. Give me cute pumps any day!

I try to find shoes that are fairly comfortable. If you find brands that fit right they can be worn with out a lot of pain.I have a lot of 3 and 4 inch heels I could wear all day

The same reason men wear ties and then loosen them towards the end of the night. Heels are not THAT uncomfortable. It gets blown way out of proportion on TV and movies.

I'm a guy And I have walked a mile in their shoes. I don't find the shoes uncomfortable. My highest heels are 3 1/2 inches and I have no problem standing, walking, or dancing in them
